  1. Just wanted to say thanks for all of the responses I got, both here and in PMs, to my question. I don't want to hijack the thread but I really appreciate all the help. I have been in contact with another SP and have taken other suggestions to heart.
  2. May I suggest to MN04 that after defining it you put it up on urban dictionary? If it's outside the long arm of Rule 34, I know I need a little more information.
  3. Erin, I am so glad to hear about how comfortable you are with what you do. I am in a similar situation as a student, and still not totally clear on how to handle it. A question, though: for those SPs (and of course hobbyists as well) who are just starting out, how did you ensure your safety, especially when going on outcalls, if no one knew where you would be and with whom in order to contact you? That's one of my main concerns about being an indie...no one knows, so I can't exactly call a friend to let her know that, for example, she can start panicking if she doesn't hear from me in x amount of time. It is, as I see it, one of the clear advantages of being with an agency, and I don't know how to make up for that without being affiliated as such.
  4. I went into MAC looking for the Lady Gaga Viva Glam lipstick, but they were sold out. I bought the Liberty of London for MAC in the hot pink colour instead, and it is fantastic...long lasting even after the initial sheen is worn off, and takes really well to lip balm over top. Plus, did I mention that it's hot pink?
  5. I feel awkward coming in late to this conversation but pillow talk is also a good way for me to know what you like and how to best suit your needs by how you respond to what I say. Communication is key, people...and who's to say all communication has to be boring?
