Winnipeg Strip Clubs?

Recommended Posts

Strip club's here suck. Not like the good ole days when they used to entertain you on stage with even a rookie would put on a theme show. I avoid them now because the girl's look bored to death on stage. Plus having the pay for doing a stage show lowered over the yrs. I think I'd look bored as hell too thinking why put any effort into this show for $35.

I'm assuming now that most of our clubs have shut down & not sure if they still have as many club's having dancer's on jam day's, (Thurs-Sat). Used to be 50 different bars that girl's would travel around, some doing up to 20 shows in a jam day.

I doubt it will be open, stripper's take holiday's too ;). But wouldn't hurt to call Lipstixx or Solid Gold/ The Gentlemen's club to see if they are open to charge you an overpriced door fee, overpriced drinks & girl's only appearing every hour or sometimes more. Better go with a buddy so you have someone to talk to while waiting in between show's. Also If a club doesn't have enough customer's & haven't sold enough drinks they will actually a lot of times cancel the dancer's show as the club can't afford to pay her. Seen it many time's even back in the good ole days when I danced. They don't do it as often to out of town girls but locals it will happen to.

You must be from out East where the club's have quality & quantity of girls.

A few local dancer's have become SP's, which used to be so frowned upon, but these days with lower show prices & almost zero tipping a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do. You should save your money that you'd spend at the club, & get yourself a provider, lot's I'm sure would do a striptease for you. Plus you won't end up with blue ball's from looking & not being able to touch ;)

While acknowledging many of LadyLuck's concerns with our local clubs (it was a real shock to go to Ottawa and pay $20 for an actual lap dance and then come home to pay $30 / $40 for a no-contact private show here), some of the better dancers here are good at providing an entertaining stage show, as well as engaging conversation when they're not on stage.

In fact, because the girls actually get paid to dance here (in Ottawa the girls are paying to go on stage so that they can advertise themselves and their lap dances), they seem pretty okay with having a conversation, rather than pushing immediately to the 'private' show. I grant that the girls are not chatting with customers for entirely selfless reasons, but I have often seen / experienced enjoyable 20 / 30 minute conversations with some of my favourite dancers.

Back to the question at hand, it's my understanding that Teasers will be closed during the day on Monday, but re-open at 7 in the evening. Also, Mondays are 'cheap' private show nights, with shows costing $25 / song, rather than Teasers standard $40 / song.

PS perhaps we should have a Strip Club / Dancer section for Winnipeg in the same way that they do in Ottawa. That way we could let one another know who's dancing where at lunches, as well as who's providing pleasant company and good shows in the evening. It's just a thought.

You are probably better off going to one of the local bars that will have strippers on at lunch or around 5:00 p.m. for the drive home. No cover, cheaper drinks, and the show will be the same. Just look for local bars close to wher you are staying and call to see if they have stripper hours.

Hi Artimatatinglife, I just add some information to this thread. According to my experience, there is a manager of those exotic dancer. As a result, shows on clubs and bars are basically the same, only change the atmosphere. For example Lipstixx has the stage on the floor level while Solid Gold has a higher stage than Teasers, and so on. Sometimes I visit those clubs. Personally, I prefer Teasers because I created a special bond with some hot waitreses there. As Lady Luck said, it´s a kind of masochism to watch those ladies without any possibility of physical contact, but it is fun to have a waitress getting naked in your front. In addition, those bonds gave me a good reputation, so I hired certain exotic dancers to come to my place for a lap dance with full contact (with restrictions: you still cannot touch her over the body) . However, nowadays, I found it absurd because it was very expensive (to have a comparison, one of this ladies charged the same than the most expensives Sps in EC as Nikkita or Diamond Rae) just for 5 songs!!!.So, the best is to go to Teasers on Mondays because all is cheaper or on Fridays when you have 5 dancers on stage at 5 o´clock followed by an happy hour: strippers dancing back to back for one hour. On other times dancers show up every one hour.

Just wondering if the situation has changed at all with strip clubs in Winnipeg. Can anyone provide an update on this thread?

I know Teasers is still open. Is it worth checking out?

I have been to lipstix a few times and is a nice place in a rough nieghbourhood. Dancers were nice when I was there and the private shows were good. Some of the girls work the floor and stop and engage in some converstion. It was renovated not too long ago and I hope they can keep it in good repair.

Best show in town is at Club 3D in the Kirkfield Hotel on Wednesday nights. Shows start at 430, every half hour until 130. Cheap drinks, no private shows. On Friday, go the Green Brier on Main Street. Shows start at 4, go til 11. Dou shows on the hour, dancer every half hour. Cheap drinks, busty bartender, no private shows.

Teaser was still open a few weeks ago. on friday and saturday they have 5 dancers on stage at the same time at 5 pm. The dancers that work there also work solid gold and lipstix. Private dances are available and most of the bar maid do private dances as well. It seems that the facilities have some defered maintaince issues.

Honestly, it's hit and miss. You can go to a strip club one week and have a good time, go to the same club the next week and have an okay time. All three clubs - Lipstixx, Solid Gold, and Teasers - usually get busy on the weekend. Because Superb moves the girls around, you never know who's gonna be where. A buddy of mine recently had a stag for a friend at Solid Gold and he said the girls were ugly - but that was on that one particular night. Two nights later the girls could've all been hot.

There's gonna be a new club opening up on Pembina Highway soon.

I think so. This weekend I talked to a DJ at Lipstixx who also works at Solid Gold and he said "See you at Solid Gold" because he knows I go there.

That being said, Teasers and Lipstixx are really into the social media thing on Facebook, but SG doesn't want to be - I heard that from one of the dancers (she's reliable).

Lipstixx is open for lunch, but will cancel shows if crowd is too small. Marion, Pandora, Curtis, Canadiana, Airport all have 2 shows at lunch.

Or you could just watch Porn, anytime, like most of the other people on these forums probably do.

Lots of "Free" sites that give you HD videos that at least you know what you are getting.

What's with the no contact rule in Manitoba? Why is that, and is it expected to change?
