How did you decide on your CERB name

Recommended Posts

hi

I thought that this may be an interesting topic.

Some of you have strange or unique CERB handles.

I just wanted to know how you decided on your CERB handle and any interesting story behind your choice.

Mine is Someguy. It just popped up in my head as I was trying to decide my Cerb handle. But it works out good.

I'm just someguy on Cerb :)

Not that guy, or the other guy just someguy?

Well it was the best I could do at that time.

Do any of you have any interesting stories to tell us about your CERB handle.

I choose my name because I liked it, basically, it is rhythmical and descriptive. I do tire of things so I'm thinking of a possible change, maybe, thanks for the thread.

Honestly don't remember. It was used pre-CERB days when I tried dating sites (all I got were a couple Russian brides who managed somehow to email me, but the cost of flying them over was far more costly than meeting any CERB lady)

But I still had the email account so stuck with it and the name when I joined CERB

Mine is simply quite simple! lol..

I feel so blessed and fortunate to be able to enjoy this hobby and the companies of so many fine beautiful ladies here - some of them have become my regulars and some of them I am discovering one by one gradually. I don't know how else to describe my feelings, hence Luckyme. Sometimes, I feel like I am the luckiest guy on the planet!

Always loved the Three Musketeers ... Porthos is jovial, carefree, a lover of wine, women, and song. Comic relief and larger than life!

Easy, peasy, as toine was what my younger brother called me until he managed to say my full name. For some, that nickname stuck to me, but they are unlikely ever to show up on cerb...well, at least I hope!

Best,

toine

I chose November after a character in the book Palimpsest by Catherynne M. Valente. Palimpsest is a sexualy transmitted city that you can only visit in your dreams and November was a woman who traveled there after she started sleeping with strangers. It's a story about loveing your self and others at the same time.

It's been quite a long time now, I was just looking for a name that I could use or some variation of it which could be appropriate for a number of different sites. It seemed to fit then as I was still contemplating retirement.

I always like names like Georgia and Georgina, and was originally looking at George for a last name. I picked Georgiana because studying 18th Century Europe and Britain is a bit of a passion for me, and Georgiana was a fairly common name in England during that century.

I choose Sweet because I have a weakness for names that are also common words. (I also have a weakness for sweets, so that might have influenced the decision as well.)

All you guys have a cute nick name. Since I have always said I'm just peachy. I thought Peachy would be a cute cerb handle nick name. I thought everyone would just call me Val, lol. It looks like Peachy just suited me, it's easy to remember and it just stook.

I am a creature whose natural habitat is the bed, the couch in direct sunlight and typically do what I want, when I want to. As "they" say "Redheads are direct descendents of cats"...

My handle consists of conjoining "northern" and "tantra".

Northern because I live in what many Americans consider "the north". While cerb is a Canadian site, I had used a handle like this one before on a site that was U.S. based and since "tantra" was taken I added "northern" to create a unique I'd that was available.

As for "tantra", there are many meanings and aspects to that word. I've studied various Asian arts over the years and at the time was researching Indian teachings about the spiritual aspects of love and sex. The term "tantra" has evolved, especially as it's been embraced by north americans, but the key idea I embraced is that there is a "sexual energy" that one can tap into, and a spiritual aspect to sex ... a transcendence that can happen when two (or more!) people merge physically.

To some, this may sound like so much bullsh--t. But I think most in this community have experienced tantra and it's one of the things that probably drives you to be in this lifestyle, whether you're an SP, MP or a client. Why are so many of us (clients) repeat customers? Because we make a connection, and that connection is more than just the wonderful physical euphoria we may get from an orgasm. It's the entire experience. And based on conversations I've had with providers over the years, the same is true for many (maybe most) of them. Everyone loves finding a person they can truly connect with, and when they do the result is truly awesome and even "transcendent".

So there you have it ... the full scoop on why I am "northerntantra"!

Cause back in the day, this was my hair do (hmm, I guess it's still kinda the same lol) and all my friends called me Meg. I added the "forfun" cause I am, well, fun!

As for Sara, I wanted a simple, normal name, not like Sheniqua or Trixxxie...

The MQ stands for McQuestion, which is an easily pronounceable and not common last name, just so I can stand out. I seem to have shortened it to SaraMQ now.

Formerly..BUSTY Vanessa-I decided to use " Busty ", well because I am BUSTY :boobies:....then I changed it to Voluptuous Vanessa because I am voluptuous too AND when I would do the odd google search on "Busty Vanessa" ......... Another lady would come up...."Big Busty Vanessa" and I will just simply leave it at that since we are not supposed to say anything mean spirited on this board ;)

mine is not what it seems. I am not conceited if that is what people think.

Big Willy comes from a high school nickname I had. I was named Willy because a friend thought I should have been called William, and being a teenager I did tend to think with my `willy`more than my brain, so it fit. The big is for the same reason you call a big guy `Tiny` I hope that clears it up I am not inferring anything....or am I ;)

Why did I choose "Notch Johnson" for my cerb handle? Well this is pretty simple to say, I could have used Timothy Stack but no one would know who he is and Notch Johnson is a character on the sitcom "Son Of The Beach" and its also the name for the small area between the woman's legs and that is where I want to be.

I used to be known here as T'storm but many mistaken me for a TS so I changed it.

I've explained this before, but Cato (I mean Cato the Younger, for those who up on their ancient history) was a severe Roman moralist and censor at the end of the Republic, and I liked the irony of appearing in this guise on an escort board. I use an image of one of the gold coins he issued (inscribed M. Cato if you look closely) as my avatar. That seemed appropriate for the hobby, too. :)
