I've worked with some quality girls during my time there, and the main phone girl is simply a delight. All the girls tend to be of high standard- as I well know, Mirage's interview process is lengthly and they make sure the photoshoots are good. In fact, I still have some of my photos from those days. Nothing sketchy about the place and they have a gorgeous incall location downtown. If you don't want to go for a local Indy girl Mirage is a great next stop. Taylor is excellent to work with and is extremely responsive and I felt went out of her way to accommodate my (at times) difficult schedule. However, I really feel the safety of clients and Sp's should come first, and Mirage is a good place for clients to go without having... some of the unfortunate experiences often read about on the other board. Many gems from agencies go on to be independent too. There are also many gems on this board, client wise, which is why this is my preferred venue of choice.
