Fall guy. Only an idiot would think he did this on his own.

 

Symptomatic of the CPC's attitude towards the electorate, not to mention their contempt of the SCC and Charter of Rights. Sona probably saw a Cabinet post as a reward...not 9 months behind bars. He didn't IMO do this on his own
