  1. For me.. one word -Yes- The heels / stockings / little black dress or lingerie.. ;) D.
  2. Yeah that sucks.... I once had the unfortunate instance where after a visit, a few hours later I find a $20 loose in my pocket... OHHh frack...!!! I could not back at that very moment... called and profusely apologized and made arrangements to go back the next day with compensation for my indiscretion.. though I would share.. D.
  3. YES..!! I got a new career opportunity... I start on May 5th.. Thank-you lucky stars and Angels..!! D.
  4. 2nd place again.. sucks.. and what sucks the most is I feel that I didn't get a fair chance...
  5. For your review.... http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=173340 D.
  6. A few close calls, one recently when my SO picked-up my laptop because hers had frozen and CERB page was still open... " So is this what you look at all day..?? I quickly reclaimed the laptop and close the tab.. " I have to keep myself entertained once in a while.. " as I laugh it off.. She didn't get the chance to look at it closely........ she doesn't say anything else and the rest of the day progresses as usual. With a certain degree of certainty, I believe she thought it was just another internet porn page, and not an actual site where I was actually signed-in.. I am beginning to think there maybe a slight "I dont want to know.." aspect to the SO...
  7. I was in really big in coin collecting a few years back. Then it slowed down to a crawl because I got to the point that the empty spots in the collection were getting fairly expensive. Photography and a salt water reef tank was taking up quite a bit of my disposable income.. D.
  8. Congrats..!! I can relate.. I (more like the entire team) got the opposite news at X-mas...
  9. Thanks JoyfulC for posting this... Paragraph 1 and 3 just about sums it all up..!! I could not have said it better if I tried. D.
  10. LOL loved it..!! It was all good .. I can understand the boyz having Pam Anderson on an F-18 But when they put Suzuki.. the gig was up...!! LOL :-) D.
  11. Taste of Eve is a well established member here on CERB. May I suggest to look at the recommendation section of CERB for Ottawa. http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=104908 Cheers

  13. I got a similar same lack of response about a month ago.... It sure put some things in perspective, or a confirmation on how big the issue is..or.. I'll stop here.. D.
  14. The challenge is always trying to find the biggest bang for the buck.. I try and stick between the 12-18 dollar range. I can easily remember buying a red for a special occasion and spending 30 bones above what I usualy spend. Whats it good? -you bet it was! Did I enjoy it? -You bet I did!! But-- was this wine worth the extra $$ above a good $15 bottle. Did it give me a bigger wine experience.....? sadly in 90% of the cases -- the answer is -No- So... For reds I usually aim for Chili - Carmenere or Cab Sauv. Love the Cabs / Zins from USA.. but the LBCO selection is crap and lets NOT talk about the prices.. (lets not go there all together...) For whites I love a Chardonnay where the oak aging is very present... you can spit out the wood shavings from the wine..LOL.. j/k New Zealand Sauv Blanc eg; Oyster Bay at around $17... Always a home run.. Cheers D.
