  1. Greetings Cerbites, I'm new to Cerb but i've been on Terb for a while. I apologize that my first post is not a recommendation but Tulsa's post really caught my attention. Why is it that good looking 21 year olds think they can get our services for free? I find the question particularly interesting because, I was in that group not long ago. I'm probably a bit young (25) , but I would like to think that I'm mature enough for my age. I've never asked for free service or any kind of discount but I do, unfortunately, remember feeling that I deserved a discount with a girl I became friends with once. Here's how I see it now, and maybe this explanation will work for some of your ?younger? clients: When you find a barber who you like, you go there more often right? If the service is good and you go there a lot you'll talk more and you become better ?friends? right? When people like their barber they never beg for free hair cuts, they give them a BIGGER tip. Same with a good mechanic, a good waiter, etc... So why no do the same for your favorite SP? I don't think these guys are all out to rip you off (all though maybe some are) I think they're just confusing things. If your best friend becomes a barber then yes maybe he'll give you a free hair cut here and there (although in general I'd still pay and tip well because he's my friend) but you never try to make friends with your barber and then ask for a free cut.
