This would give a bit more info while doing some research.

The objective survey could work both ways...clients rate the ladies and ladies can rate the clients. I think this would just lead to excellent quality members in the long run...kinda like ebay where sellers and buyers rate each other and your feedback score becomes your reputation for future transactions.
Edited post - factually incorrect.
Nothing to see here.

So far I really like the tone of this forum. It's a lot to get your head around and I think I'm almost there, but one thing I have already noticed is I love the calm and welcoming tone of this place. I also appreciate it not having a horrible rating system too.
As I'm new here I do not know what it was like before, nor do I know how great the influx of work will be, as I won't be using it for a couple of months to post ads, as that'll be when I'm touring Canada; so on that subject I cannot comment.
So far I like this forum, it's usefulness and the civility of everyone here.

my purse opinion is that . . .

the more room there is for a larger crowd the more goals WILL be attained.

rules POLICIES & expectations are evrything evrywhere...

for anyone who is BRAND NEW; all the more attention & /xpectation should be given & outwardly welcomed & appreciated.

but if the speculation for newbys does reward the same is does veterans/vetrans

then a KNOWN expectation of Capabilities/NON-caps should be SHOWN & or Explained= BOHhSss /both is better !

So true... the format works (not for everyone)

The software on the other hand... is actually broke... why we had a hacker issue is because the software is OLD and outdated. The new software that is getting customized right now looks and feels very much the same (I got a sneak peek last month).

Lyla has its perks, like a great community and a more balanced input from both sides of the industry, but due to recommendations only and positive only comments it is not a true reflection of the industry as a whole. IMO, members should publicly be made aware of sub par experiences since experiences in the industry are not all rosie, positive and perfect. So in some aspects Lyla is only a fraction of the truth.

Completely agree. The current system inadvertently favorises hidden discussions via private messages as many topics and opinions are either considered taboo or plainly against current rules. When describing an experience as "just ok", the inbox shouldn't fill up with questions on how bad it really was. Having met ladies who went through Hell and back and could still manage to do their job with a smile, I think it's safe to say most are not thin skinned.

I do not understand why you have to have this bad reco. for someone to see just because you had a bad time or did not like the area where this person is, this does not mean that everyone will have the same problem or experience. Maybe the problem is yourself and not the person you are seeing so to say it would be ok to give a bad reco. for the well being of others does not make it better, I find the use of the PM system works great if you PM someone and ask in the discussion area before you see this person and if you feel its going to be good for you go, if not Don't go.
For an example their was one person that had a bad reco. on many sites but I still text this person and this person was very kind and easy to set up a date with,so i went to see this person which happened to be one of the better ones that i have been with.
So to say that a bad reco. is going to make it better no i do not think so that is my opinion.

Criticism or negative comments don't need to be "bad". It can be informative for lobbyists who'll determine by themselves if a concern or not. And for the lady involved to take it constructively or just plain ignore it. I agree a bad experience for one won't necessarily be the same for others. But if there helpful details to know about someone, it shouldn't be censured for the sake of keeping things positive.

I'm not saying censorship is a good thing I'm saying negative comments should have a place of their own that's why I recommend the pm system . Recommendations should be recommendations not negative comments to mix together is not going to make a good thing.
