Your posting history qualifies you to gain entrance to this area. While it's great to keep SPs informed of bad dates or no shows, your current customers may see this as a lack of discretion on your part. It would be advisable to delete these numbers and ask to gain access to the SP only forum where it is completely private. mod 135639 Report post Posted April 22, 2017 Ad a agency/spa/co-op (Red name) account she does not have access to the SP ONLY area but she does have access to the AGENCY/SPA area that also has a section for bad appointment info. These sections are hidden from public view and it is much safer for the ladies and agencies to use these sections to help each other.
