More Lead in the Pencil

Performance issues are common enough. But consistent performance issues, when you're already hyper aware of it, this is difficult to overcome.

 

Diet, depression, and other factors cause this, both physical and mental. This I know and while I work on the cause which might take some time, would love to mitigate the side effects in the meantime.

 

Wondering if anyone has any recommendations. Would love to hear both prescription and non-prescription based answers. I've tried a few off the shelf and they did nothing for me.

There's a new all natural supplement RegaliaC191 that's been approved by Health Canada. They run full page ads in the Sun and National Post about monthly. Maybe some Lylaites have tried it ?

"approved by Health Canada" means it won't kill you unless you're allergic to whatever it is. Pharmacies are full of natural supplement crap that won't do anything other then empty your wallet. In the U.S. they had "Enzyte" with "Bob" in the commercials. While the ad campaign was brillant, the product was pure snake oil. And from the quick Google I did, it seems to be the same thing with RegaliaC191.

 

If your problem is more than a stress thing, go see a doctor and get the real stuff. If you want something more natural, try oysters.

It's not "lead" that you need in your pencil - it's "zinc". A zinc deficiency in your diet can contribute to erectile dysfunction. I take a small zinc supplement every day just to be on the safe side.

If you have a deficiency in zinc, magnesium or potassium, then taking supplements might be the solution as they can all prevent you to get an erection or to keep an erection.

 

Superdosing on zinc has proven in some study to permit erection in people that had other trouble.

 

You can always ask to your doctor about viagra and cialis. The first one being if you don't get hard at all, the second if you do get hard but don't keep it.

I started taking 50mg of zinc, everyday, about a year ago & I routinely wake up with 'morning wood' like I did when I was younger!
