The Oppal report is a hair-raising examination of how marginalization undermines equality before the law, including the right to the lawâ??s protection. The report is a death knell for prostitution laws in their current form.

A good editorial in so far as it goes. Unfortunately, the writer remains in favour of the "Communicating" law which is the one used most often against sex workers.
