Or maybe your favorite song actually is saying something different and you realize years later you've been singing the wrong words. I had a conversation with some friends. One guy has a thick newfie accent. He was talking about chasing squirrels. This conversation went on for a while when I asked "so what do you do when you catch the squirrels? ". Dead silence, then everyone broke out laughing and said "he's not chasing squirrels - he's chasing girls".
