Like a girl...

Like a girl has become a negative association in our society. I hope that we can use "like a girl" as a phrase of empowerment rather than a shame tacit.

This video really brings light to something we have all experienced as girls and as women. Maybe it's something you yourself have said, weather you're a male or female. I know personally I have used this term. Let's try to remove the stigma that being a female is equated to weakness, or less than, and try to be more mindful with our wording. Let's try to get rid of this negative association we have become so use to! Like a girl....why can't that be something positive?!
