Bodylanguage no response

anyone else having trouble getting an email response from bodylanguage?

I've been having trouble too I've tried Emma twice but bo response

I have tried the Emma address the last 2 times she was scheduled to come and got no response at all either time. If you try the main info address of the site, they do eventually respond but often takes a day or more in my experience. (Be clear what city as well).

Yeah. I replied to their hotmail, as well as the email they email me notifications with and also the Emma email they displayed on their cerb ad. I even texted the number. I sent the email request early Friday and their response will play a part in how I schedule my week.

Its a bit frustrating as it's not the first time this has happened.

However, I don't wanna judge, maybe they're having complications they're trying to work thru and don't wanna respond until they have it figured out. Kinda like happened last week when one got sick.

Perhaps they do not reply to emails on weekends?

Nope not there. I didn't think so. I've communicated with then by email many times over the years and they've never gone to my spam. But it was a good thought .

Their recent ad includes phone numbers for contact. Have any of you tried making a phone call? Each sp seems to have a different number.

Emma got back to me early this morning 4:30am lol, she said she had her phone turned off which makes sence, she plans to be in town today around 2pm ( let's hope the snow does not delay her) and will be here until Saturday. :)

Not sure whats going on with the emails as they all getting checked

some sometimes end up in junk mail for unknown reasons

a text msg is always a safe way if you not getting an immediate response

but [email protected] or the advertised email should be answered everyday so not sure why you arent getting a reply very sorry for this !!!
