Apparently the methodology of the study (King's College, London, published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine) was to ask identical and fraternal twins whether or not they had a G-spot. The theory being that if the G-spot is a physical reality, then sets of identical twins would both report having one much more often than fraternal twins. The study found that there was not a higher correlation between identical twins in this regard. One possible criticism of this study is that there is a difference between having a G-spot, and actually finding it (stop me if you've heard this mentioned before in the "g-spot wars"). Another teensy weensy detail that may be worth noting is that, of the 1,804 women who participated in this study, 56% claimed to have a g-spot. (So,that would be, by the study's own calculation ... 1,010 women mistaken about their own bodies.
