As the lawyer says, "unless you're actually in there and involved it's going to be very very difficult to know". Nudge nudge, wink wink. Sgt. Hamilton of the Victoria Police, being even more careful, uses no label for the businesses at all, but just refers to "they" and "them". Pay your municipal "pimp" for a high-priced business license, and the police look the other way ... if you are "discreet" -- although "if we do get a complaint we will investigate". I wonder if Class Choice Escorts will still be considered "discreet" after they've been plastered all over the local TV news? -- otherwise, ya gotta hand it to them; priceless free advertising!
