WIR also provided a permanent link with information about the provider and although her contact information has expired, you could have contacted him for an update. So I don't get your comment about not being able to contact her. In three years you have contributed 11 posts to the board, and in 9 of them you were seeking information. In 9 months WIR has posted 634 excellent comments of help to all members. Unless you intend to be respectful of members contributions and make some semblance of effort yourself, you should kindly refrain from participating at all!
