Nevada's is a good place to go. The donation is standard so you know what you can expect. I've never been to Navada's. I've heard many good things about them here and on other Forums. They don't advertise at all / no web site.

What info do you have to give them for a membership?

They ask you for a fake name that will be your memership name from then on, I think a phone number also but you can give them a fake one if I recall right.
