I have some questions

Hello, first time poster and new member. I have a few questions I need answered. I've been to Broadways, I'm looking for something a little more, and I think an SP is the way to go.

1. How safe are SP's? Is there any chance I'm going to get pinched by the cops from a setup?

2. I found the SP I like on EC how reputable is this site?

3. Anything I should know for tell tale signs that it's a set up?

4. How do I go about this, I mean I DEFFINATLY don't want to offend her, is there a certain conduct I should follow? From the time I meet her at the door, to down to business..

Well unfortunately your situation is one that requires a delicate response.

Most sp's now require references, which could make things interesting for you, if you've been to broadways you may want to post your experience and how everything went.

I believe as long as your courteous and sincere when corresponding with your SP of choice then all you can do is as they say is wait for the proverbial stars to line up.

1. Outcall prostitution is legal in Canada (Incalls are considered a common bawdy house and considered illegal). Public solicitation is also illegal (discussing sex for money in public) you can discuss this in private behind closed doors one on one but you are better off to have the money in a open envelope already for her (or follow any instructions she gives you).

2. Escorts-canada has been online since 1998 and is highly respected in the community (But don't take my word for it as it is owned by the same people who own cerb - I am sure others will back me up on this however... right guys?). Anyone can place an ad on ANY website as they DO NOT screen the advertisers! If complaints are received about an advertiser they do investigate and remove them if need be. To this date to my knowledge no bait ad has ever been placed on the site for any type of sting operation. Do your homework (ask openly here about the lady you are interested in - if others recommend her they will tell you and if someone does not they will often PM you to warn you... if you hear no response the lady could be new to the business and you may need to roll the dice on your own).

3. If someone tries to get you to discuss sex for money in public they could be setting you up for public solicitation. Avoid this as it's not safe for you or the lady. If you are caught in a bawdy house during a raid you will most likely be charged... bawdy houses don't usually get raided unless public complaints are made (bad location), multiple ladies are working out of the same location (high traffic) or if pimping or drugs are involved in the location.... but a risk (even a low risk) does always exist so do your homework as I would never suggest that someone break the law. If you have concerns about the law you should research it online or speak to a legal advisory (not a bunch of hobbiest on a anonymous forum like this as you will get BAD advise in most cases.. in fact my reply could be bad as I am no lawyer so don't take my word for it!

4. Be a gentleman! The ladies deserve respect and to be treated well so be respectful, have top notch hygiene, and a true gentleman and you will not offend anyone.

Watch out for bait and switch... If you show up and the lady was NOT the lady in the photo you have been bait and switched. This unfortunately seams to be a big problem in the peg these days - so recommendations are usually good.

I was wondering about the legal aspects of hooking up off of "party Lines"?

Would this apply to party lines where you are discussing the amount for services? Are the lines considered Public?

I would say it is private if you are speaking one on one. I'm not a lawyer but that is my opinion. It's kind of like speaking on the phone with a friend.

Many discussions over the years about this... Cordless phones operate on public airways and Cell phones have been questioned as well so I would say party lines could probably be considered public as well. Public pay phones are also in question.

Welcome to our wonderful hobby FT69! I can understand your uneasiness because I've been there myself. With every new encounter comes the old butterflies and amazing sensations. My recommendation is to Read the forums. (RTFF) you will get a great idea who the reliable providers are. EC is reliable, however the issue may be with the provider's ad being a touch on the exaggerated side. (Be wary if on her web site, or EC ad, she only displays a picture of her covered boobs.) If you choose a reliable and well reviewed provider you don't have to worry about a set up. Here in the lower 48 we do what's called a LE check. She feels your package you feel hers.
