Why would they lie? Where there's smoke there's fire, usually. If you believe there's an injustice at work, find another SP.

Ryder, it would be bad for her reputation if an SP went around saying that guys were No Shows if they weren't. So if an SP says that a guy was a No Show, I would trust her word that you were a No Show.

If you think she made a mistake, talk to her, perhaps she mistook another client for you or perhaps you did make an appointment with her and you really did forget about and she didn't. If it is a misunderstanding of some sort, I'm sure it could be worked out but communication is key.
