Bad client listed on SPOC found dead - Suicide

Mark McCaskill (a well known "bad Client" that many of the escorts had problems with) was found dead (Suspected suicide) in the Rideau Canal the other day.

 

Spok has this man's photo posted on the site with a update regarding "As of Sunday September 17th 2006, Mark McCaskill has been announced by Ottawa Police as deceased."
