Social groups on cerb

Recommended Posts

A reminder to newbies: There's a social group area on cerb, accessible from your User CP in the upper left corner.

Here's the link:

There are lots of groups for various interests: spinners, curvy, dancers, REDHEADS!!!!:-D, PolyParty, BBW's, and regional groups. Lots of other things, too.

Check them out. Join and post, if you want. They're fun.

I notice that several of the groups picked up some members yesterday, so that's good.

The groups are another dimension of the cerb experience, and worth checking out.

Lots of new groups are springing up on here, and there are lots of new posts and new members on existing ones. I think that's great. It adds another aspect to the cerb experience, and I've made some good friends through the groups.

Have a look around and see what might interest you.

To those who are going through the same or have a beloved person who is and want to share or learn more feel free to join the group. He is the only member now and I think it was very nice of him to start this space so take advantage of it ppl.

The group is private for discretion but Pm r100rs and he'll send you an invitation to join.

There are lots of new groups since the last post in this thread, for Wine and Whiskey Lovers, movies, sci-fi, and FIDO, a new group for dog lovers.

Many of the other groups are really active lately too: RHAG for redhead lovers, Dancers, PolyParty, and lots more.

There are recommendations in French, and support and charity groups, and regional groups for the east and West Coast, Montreal, etc.

If you're new to cerb please have a look around the group area.

After we make the choice to banish our inner demons we often feel alone. This is when we want to reach out the most, to someone, something, to be reassured we are on the right path, that we are doing well.

After releasing an inner demon by coming out as an alcoholic, I have found the most support from people here, individuals whom I have never even met! For me, it has been a major help to talk with those that do not know me, or about my most personal problems, therefore, I have created this group for those of us who have chosen to make life a changing decision to become clean. This group is an outlet that allows us to let out the pent up feelings, and emotions that come along with recovery to unbiased ears. We are a community, and to keep strong, a community that communicates will thrive and grow strong. And we all want to and will leave this battlefield stronger people all because we fought together.

This group is private. It has been created to be a shoulder, a deaf ear. Please join me in our life changing journey to bettering ourselves!
