Help Nominate Post Icon Gone

Maybe I'm slow or blind, but on my screen I don't see the nominate post icon anywhere.

Am I band from nominating, or is there something I don't know about

its at the bottom where the Quote icon is. News threads can't be nominated though. And you can't nominate your own post heh

Oh I know where it's supposed to be, but I don't see it on my screen anymore.

The buttons on the bottom of the screen now read left to right

And I just tried something. I use Google Chrome. I switched back to IE, in case that was the problem.

It's the button located slightly raised and to the right of the Q-Reply (quick reply) button. If it's not there it maybe simply you've exceeded some statistic, but it should come back at some point.

On my screen, there it is, gone!!! :-)

If you want you can Right click 'Page Source' and PM me the entry and i'll have a look at it.

Perhaps there's a limit set to how many nominations you can issue in a month (or fortnight) or something. One way to check would be to unnominate a post you previously nominated and see if that restores it.

Otherwise, I have no idea.

My nomination post icon also disappeared a few days ago. I informed MOD and he's looking into it.

I'd nominate you for that answer, but I can't

Strange! I use Firefox. The Nominate button is there, slightly raised up from the others in the line.

Maybe try clearing your cache and see if that makes a difference?

Same here, but i use Safari on a mac, and no Panic Button (and it is set up in my account).

RG, the problem is fixed! The nomination icon is back on each and every post!

you configure it in your User CP. if you dont want anyone knowing you are browing cerb hit the Panic button and it would bring you to another website.

"The Panic Button is an icon that resides at bottom right hand corner of each post. If your Boss turns up, clicking the icon immediately sends you to another URL of your choice."

To set up your panic button:

Settings & Options

Edit Options

Thread Display Options

Panic Button - ON/OFF Switch

Panic Button - URL Jump
