Clinton stated at the International AIDS Conference in Toronto that legalizing prostitution and providing condoms and gels that kill the AIDS virus would empower young women to help save their lives.

Can't help but find a great deal of irony in Bubba "I drop my load on dresses" Clinton speaking about the use of condoms and the empowerment of young women.

 

Bet this turd ends up taking over Kofi's job. Whatever happened to the days when the world made fun at how dumb this guy is? Geez, he and Dubya could be brothers... oh wait, maybe they are:
