Paid advertisers, Service Providers and banners

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

Does anyone know why some ladies have "Paid advertiser" below their handles and some say "Service Provider" even if some of the "SP" ladies have purchased a banner package?

Does it have to do with access to the "SP area only" section? Just curious ;)

Thanks in advance! :)

These ladies are not eligible for SP-area access. "Paid Advertisers" are either agencies or spas, or ladies who work at agencies or spas. However, only indies can have access to the SP-area.

Thanks WIT!

So a lady like Emily R. who is a paid advertiser on CERB is not considered to be one because she's an indy

and has access to the "SP area only" section?

Just want to make sure I understand this correctly ;)

Yes, my understanding is that the "Paid Advertiser" type of account was created specifically for agencies, spas, and the ladies who work at agencies or spas. As such, an indie will not show as having a "Paid Advertiser" type of account, whether or not she pays to advertise:

Mod might want to tap into this thread as well because I believe that even if you are a paid advertiser (NOT an agency) you can still gain access to the SP area however there is certain pre-requiste criteria that has to be met :)

I could be wrong but I don't think you can have access to the ladies' private section if you work for an agency either.

So basically if I'm getting this correct anyone or lady with Paid Advertiser under their name can't gain access to the SP Only Section because they are not an Independent Service Provider and either own or work for an agency or Spa right??

The SP Only Section is for Independent Service Providers Only. As most of us know some have tried to sneak in or gain access that are not Independent Service Providers and that is violating the rules.

"SP ONLY AREA To gain access to the SP ONLY area you need one of the following...

1) Have someone who has access already and knows you personally VOUCH for you. Anyone with SERVICE PROVIDER written under their name has access but they need to have met you personally.

2) Another option is to have an ad on Escorts-Canada.com (A paid Profile ad with photos) and it must be online for at least 14 days with no complaints. If you have a past ad on escorts-canada that is no longer online we can still use that as a reference. You will need to open a support ticket on escorts-canada and ask for access to the SP ONLY area on cerb (Include your CERB alias with this ticket) http://escorts-canada.com/support

3) Substantial post history on cerb (That is not just ALL ads) with at least 50 or more posts over 4 or more months so you can establish a presence on cerb. By this time some members will post recommendations about you and have general discussions about you. Send the MOD a link to your recommendation thread and ask for SP ONLY access. We will review and consider your access.

We do not allow agencies (or ladies who work for agencies) access to the SP ONLY area (The current providers have asked to have it this way). You can NOT share information or copy and post information from the SP ONLY area to other sites. If you disclose any information to anyone outside of the SP ONLY area you loose your membership on cerb (including access to this area). We consider this area highly confidential. By asking for access you are agreeing to these terms. If you vouch for someone and they do this within the first 60 days you both loose your account so be sure not to VOUCH for anyone you do not trust. Make sure you know them personally and know that they are not affiliated with an agency."

Again, thank you for the clarification, WIT. Much appreciated!

What if that paid advertiser working at a spa was born on a Thursday and had an extraneous nipple? Would she have to have the nipple removed, ride in a rickshaw to work and bus tables to gain access to the SP only area or would she qualify if she got her third nipple pierced?

Not in any means I am intending to hijack this thread however it is unfortunate that us agencies have no where to post a bad date situation to pre-warn other providers :(

You can pm the mod with the bad date info and he will add it for you to the area for you.

Thats great, but what about us (agencies) benefitting from the safety of sharing the bad date info. I for one have probably more to offer than anyone else on cerb with an enourmous blacklist of bad dates, no shows rip offs, drunks, drug addicts, guys with guns , obvious STDS ect. And for the safety there should be some kind of amendment to these rules for established agencies. Its a matter of safety.

Just another thing, I had an SP call me to ask me about a warning I had posted in the SP only section (when I had access a while ago) about a bad outcall. I saved her a driver fee and probably a really bad encounter.

If the ladies want to dish about things in private, thats cool, but there should be a section where we ALL (sps, and Agencies) can share info about bad/violent encounters. It only makes sense.

It's also a matter of safety to keep that information private and confidential and not share it or discuss it with the public. From my understanding, this is what happened in the past and why now only independent SPs have access to this section.

As I recall you had access to the bad date area in the past and you wrecked it for yourself and were voted out. In my opinion you, you not following the rules wrecked it for the privilege of other agencies to be allowed in. We as independents hold one another accountable for the information we provide in our area, if any one abuses it we vote on it. At the end of the day we gave you a chance and you blew it. This is not something that I want to risk having my safety jeopardized for as the information needs to be 100% private at all times. The sick thing is, if everyone took more time to screen any potential client there would be fewer or hardly any bad dates.

You are 100% right, I did open up about a client who was a bad date and was talking smack on another board. It was wrong that I said anything about him. It never should have happened..

It didnt however jeapordize anyone, What I did was echo what others actually were saying about him.

Again, I was pissed at him going off and I lost my cool and I retaliated and have learned from that.

Here's the thing.. Honestly I am not interested in personal information of the female escorts.. And I agree they should have the section that way.

What I am suggesting is a NEW section that is a bad date section that is open to agencies and sps alike.

I'm sorry to disagree with you, but a bad date can happen to ANYONE.

We co-operate with police, we share info as much as we can with anyone who asks, and keep impecible records. But there is only so much we can do, and some of the ppl that we have had problems with, NOBODY would have been able to see them coming.

Again I will reiterate that we have a tremendous amount to offer SPs in the line of information about dangerous clients, and annoying waste of timers that its current. (We turn away on average 20 ppl a day)

While yes a bad date could happen to anyone, a potential client who has been screened properly with name, place of work, etc is less likely to do anything other than know show, knowing that the lady has his information and she verified it sort of makes one think twice about trying something stupid. All the extra time and effort into screening pays off, as you cant put a price on your life or safety.

I can tell you for certainty most clients do not want to give out their place of work.. we are pretty diligent on how we screen, but if we were to go that route, we would cut out about 90% of the market.

But this isnt about that.. this is about sharing information.. and I think everyone would benefit from it.

Well I've been verified (not once, but three seperate times) and have not needed to provide my place of work to any of the ladies requiring verification. From my understanding the ladies require a work number if there are some warning flags going off, this is sort of a extra check, if needed (and ladies correct me if I'm wrong)

My name (real name), board handle (confirmed via pm), email, phone number and a reference have sufficed.

Maybe I'm naive here, never having used an agency before, but shouldn't the agency have, IMHO, the resources to verify potential clients. After all isn't the agency somewhat responsible for ensuring their ladies are going on a safe date

WE do have resources, and we do keep very good records of bad clients.

We have a few things other things we do that ensures the ladies safety. And if a client tries to pull anything, we can, and have called the police and they took care of things very quickly.

To be honest we Rarely have any problems with clients, but it still happens from time to time clients want to grab their money back and run after a call, or show up high. And they are turned away, but wouldnt it be a good thing if we had a list that everyone (in the industry) was entitled to? We could add the numbers to our phone list and just avoid these guys like the plague.

There is very little downfall to this.

You are very correct RG, I use a work verification ONLY if I feel I need more information (no reference, no board posts, no nothing). I do not feel I am asking for anything out of the ordinary. At the end of the day you cant put a price on your life. Someone who wants to cause a problem, wants to give as little detail as possible and basically come across as invisible.

Even years ago when I manages a few ladies, I took the time and screened for them - that was the BEST thing I could ever do for them and the ladies thanked me for it . All ladies have some clients they will not see, if you dont screen even with the basics, how is that respecting the woman that works for you when you send her clients that she is not comfortable seeing? Not all agencies are bad, some even respect the ladies that work with them....

I know of 2 agencies in Toronto who have been more than helpful in providing me with references for gentlemen in the past, but they are the ONLY ones I will ever accept and agency reference from.

I'm so confused.....I just came here for girls, how did I end up reading all this?

A lot of folks here know that, in hobbying as in life:

- an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure

- the "greater good" argument (needs of the many outweigh those of the few) comes in to play big time

- just as in the famous Buckley's cough syrup ad (referring the the preventative aspect) "it tastes awful but it works"

- just as we've all been given two ears and one mouth, we should converse accordingly and what the ladies need is critical to all of our hobbying successes.

Enough pontificating, back to the fripple and boobies threads.
