mod 135639 Report post Posted November 4, 2011 Chances are you have malware/virus/trojan/worm/spyware/etc... that is causing the crash. Download something like spybot search and destroy or adaware (Both free from http://www.download.com - CNET) and they can remove most of these things. dandywriter 120 Report post Posted November 5, 2011 Check to see if your add-ons are up to date. Go to tools, add-ons, add-on manager (left side of screen - on a Mac, anyway). I found 3 of mine out of date, and that can be a problem. I assume you have the latest version of firefox...
