Warning - Reports of a Hailey in Ottawa asking you to pay the driver upfront??

I have to post this as THREE of the members have pm'd me about this already and one member actually paid the driver and was ripped off.

I can not confirm it first hand but the members here are doing a great job keeping us up to date. This should not be ignored so we need the help of other members here.

If you have been asked to pay a "Driver" before seeing the lady it is a scam. You always want to see the lady first as it could be bait and switch or just bait in this case as you go knocking on some poor guys hotel room looking for your date!

Hailey had a Recommendation on here from a reputable member so I find it odd that a reputable SP would do this and risk loosing her reputation (but if a "Driver", "Scam artist" or even a "pimp" has moved in he could be behind this (maybe without her even knowing we don't know for sure). Either way I had to removee the recommendation and post this.

Scam info reported to my PM - have any of you had simular issues? If so please PM me the name (or names) of the ladies so we can get to the bottom of this.

Details from one member......

- called and i got no answered.

- next day I get a text stating it was her and is available.

- Set up an appt via text

- On the way to the hotel i get another text saying I have to pay her driver for secirety purposes.

- I agree to give him a porton but not all.

- It is stupid to give money to anyone other than the lady you are seeing, especially since you have never seen her. This could be a huge bait and switch or a scam like this seams to be.

- I meet him and hand over the cash and he tells me a room number.

- I go to that room and no answer.

- text back, no response.

- Hours later I get a text saying they said a wrong room number.

- We arrange to reschedule for the next night

- I get there and text that im here. No response,

- I keep trying for about an hour and nothing.

We had her escorts-canada ad suspended when we found out she was doing this. With escorts-canada if you have a problem such as bait and switch or scam like this just click the REPORT PROBLEM button on the ad and let the management know. They will investigate (most likely with the help of cerb) and the ad will be removed. They don't remove the ads right away (if they did they would have the same problem as CL with the competition flagging everyone else's ads) but if they get enough legit complaints they do pull the ads.

funny, teh hailey girl was definately real, friends with another provider who was member on here also

i know she was new to the game, so guessing it wasnt really her doing this , or at least not doing the scam thing without being coached

She's on Quest using the same scam. She says that for security you have to pay her "agent" before you get to the room. I thought that seemed kind of odd. (and lacked discretion). As a footnote, I hadn't been on quest for about a year - it seems pretty weak.

yeah she had been on quest before she was on ec, though have not heard hailey as i knew her on quest lately

mod, i noticed that her oringinal ec ad had her what i knew as oringinal phone number and email, that ad dissappeared and then came up again with same pics, new number and email

i am guessing currently that her friend who was bbw who had hard time getting calls is actually impersonating hailey, and running this scam, as i understand hailey has decided that thios business was not for her

I had seen her the weekend before these shenanigans started. I asked how she got started in this - she said a male friend explained it to her, got her started - then wanted 1/2 the income. She had dropped him...perhaps this is his payback - especially since someone mentioned the tel # & email had changed.

I met Haily on 17th Dec (or around day) when she put her ad for very first time on EC. Her friend Emma was near her and I saw Emma adding a recommendation forleave the room when I parked my Van in front of her Motel room. My full experience was wonderfully amazing and I wanted to repeat. She was a sexy gem who wanted to please me every minute.

But seeing this middleman problem I wasn't sure. But I called her anyways a couple of days back and asked her point blank if I have to deal with her agent and she replied yes. Then I told her that I or anybody from cerb don't want to deal with her agent and its a big no.

Later she send me a text saying that I can deal directly with her but she will handover the money to her agent, to this I texted back with polite no.

I think Mod has already pulled down the recommendation which is very right thing to do. If she was hurt by one bad apple, there are other ways to be cautious like checking the $$ envelope instead of fooling with us.

I find this all very disturbing, but not surprising. The same thing happend to one of my friends in Toronto. It is a situation of live and learn, just move on from it. Fortunately the women in Ottawa as a whole are very honest and don't play games. Just chalk this up as experience.

Do not feel bad about adding a recommendation for Hailey you saw her and had a good time and you even wanted to repeat.

What ever transpired with her to need to have a middleman has affected her business in a negative way.

I would assume that Hailey was long gone and the pimp continued to use her name as long as he could and it caught up to him. Do we know any other associations to this name or person i.e. who is Emma? Because this pimp will probably continue to recruit ladies and may do this again with a different girl if he can.

anyway she is back, in west end i understand, and she is using different names, she will ofer to meet people she knows, but will just leave with teh money when paid upfront, of course slightly in public with a car right by with who knows whos inside

anyway basic rule, never pay upfront, and never to an agent...

i can agree with sweetnsingle here, never saw her around suspect hotel being used, was not in car that showed up and phone numbers were different than any Emma has ever used.

it is weird that Hailey was doign so good then started doing this , do not think at present for about 2 weeks now that she or another girl, not emma, were trying scam on quest again
