mod 135639 Report post Posted February 23, 2009 A link was sent to me by PM to a social network site (Like myspace/facebook) and it had her same photos that were used here on the site and a personal profile indicating that she will not be 18 for another 2 months I think it was. The page in question is no longer online so it could be (1) another SP or guy trying to cause a problem for her or (2) it could really be her ad and she is not of legal age. If she is of legal age than she can prove it to me and I will allow her back and add a note to this thread but until that time we must assume she is not of legal age to protect the members and me as I am sure I would have legal ramifications if she was allowed to continue to advertise on here and someone found out that her age was in question (If I allowed it to continue). Hopefully it was a fake personal data sheet with the same photos but either way I am not willing to chance it and I am sure non of the members here are willing to chance it either. Anyone under the age of 18 should not be involved in this business (in fact I still think personally that 18 is way too young but I don't make the laws - many agencies will not hire 18 year olds either and you will find ads for hirring 19+ only so I am not alone in thinking this way) If Sara is of legal age she should send me a email (I gave her my email address) with the requirements that I asked for to prove her age. I can understand MOD asking for ID but comming from me whom you don't know from a hole in the wall sonds a little "ify". Do you ladies get offended if a hobbiest ask for ID? I know I would not show my ID with out knowing you for some time. Is it possible to ask MOD if an SP has provided proper ID to confirm age so that I don't get into a bad situation? On a N.S. driver's licence, for example, a well placed thumb hides all the rest. If I ever was refused, I'd be outta there. Playing safe is in both parties' interest, in my experience the ladies know and respect this. p.s. But my favourite invasive part is taking the DNA sample afterwards. Its an odd law in the sense that if you were 30-something...and you met a 17yr old at the mall and somehow picked her up...thats legal...but if you chatted with her online and then met for sex..then its illegal. Its up to the 'adult' to verify age in this case. They also changed the law within the last year to raise the age of consent...which is now 16 when it used to be 14. Even at 16 I "believe" there is a clause that states if one partner is more the 5 years older then the other then its a crime. I'm 'not' advocating at all that playing with 15-16 yr olds is ok..but a mature looking 16 yr old girl who's done up can easily look 18-19. Ask her to show you ID, don't be surprised if she covers up her home address and real name but if she lets you see the photo and her age that would be the best. My suggestion if she refuses... run away! If she posts on this site, PM me and I will ask her to prove her age to me. If her age is even remotely questionable you ask her to prove her age to you. It is your responsibility as an adult to ensure she is of legal age. If you are PAYING for SEX or any sexual contact she MUST be over 18 years of age. Be smart and NEVER take that chance - usually the underage sex workers are found on the streets and working with pimps but occasionally they make it online. Like buying a large screen TV, you should read the reviews, check the profiles, pictures, statistics, and any other feedback you can find before you decide. Unlike most other goods and services, MOST SP’s offer a no refund policy, so be sure of what you want and require of your SP. This goes for her services, looks, AGE, and so forth. Again, with regard to the ‘Buyer Beware’ policy… It is entirely your responsibility as an adult to ensure she is of legal age. It is entirely your responsibility as an adult to ensure she is of legal age. If you are making a DONATION (pay) for SEX or any type of sexual contact she MUST be over 18 years of age. You DO NOT want to take that chance. Be smart and NEVER take that chance. As MOD had said, most of the underage sex workers are found on the streets and working with pimps but occasionally they make it online. Especially with the growing trend of online ads and the stiffer resistance to working girls on the streets and escort agencies. And even then, it still falls to your responsibility. Even when in the presence of the SP, you still have two choices before you: 1) Complete the required donation for that specific SP and enjoy the time you share together, or 2) Politely decline and leave. (Especially if underage and she won’t verify if/when you ask. Or if she’s just not up to what was advertised or your perceived thoughts she would be. Also, another thing that you could be doing as benefactors to the SP population, is to leave reviews and feedbacks on the SP’s, as this will help the next one to come along looking and seeking the same kind of information. Make note of girls that you thought were underage, and would not prove their age. Provide those people to the MOD’s of any review site you found them on. The more constructive information there is on an SP, the better informed you are as a benefactor to an SP. That way only MOD would need to see the ID. I know that would make more work for the mod, and I understand if it's not a possibility, but don't SP's need to provide ID to make a profile unfer SP? If she says NO you should leave. If you met her on this site you should PM me and tell me (I will than ask her myself at this point) I have no intention of checking everyone's ID at the door until we find a way to serve alcohol virtually. Again NOT my responsibility, when you agree to use this site you agree that you are at least 18 years of age or older. If the girl lies and registers a username than she is breaking the site rules but until someone questions that (and has good reason to question it) I DO NOT want to get involved. mod 135639 Report post Posted February 26, 2009 Thank you WrinkledinTime. That is correct, she has not confirmed yet but before anyone jumps to any conclusions not everyone has proper legal ID. I have had ladies email me 1 or 2 months later with proper ID asking to get back in and they just did not have it at the time.
