new to winnipeg; any help much appreciated

I will be visiting Winnipeg in a few weeks and am new to the escort scene so any help would be much appreciated. I have a few questions and if you think there's something I should know that I don't ask please let me know. Thanks,

1) is meeting an escort in your hotel room illegal?

2) what sites other than escorts-canada are there?

3) is it better to meet an indy escort or one from an agency?

4) are there requirements for them to have health inspections?

5) if I wanted a quick bbbj/cbj are there massage parlors that perform these services.

No. This is not considered a public place so it would not be illegal from my understanding of the Canadian criminal code 212 (But I am not a lawyer so for real legal advise I would suggest asking a lawyer)

2) what sites other than escorts-canada are there?

Escorts-Canada is really the only escort directory that does well in Winnipeg. When all the other directories ignored Winnipeg escorts-canada worked hard to establish Winnipeg as a Major city for the escort directory. LocalEscorts.ca has a few listings and some of the other directories do as well but they are the same as the ones on escorts-canada.

3) is it better to meet an indy escort or one from an agency?

In Winnipeg a Indy that does incalls seams to be the trusted source. Some of the agencies in Winnipeg are well known for "Bait and Switch" so make sure you ask around before making your choices.

4) are there requirements for them to have health inspections?

No.

Although I have to say I have never been to any of the massage parlors. Other than EB on Ellice I can't even figure out where the other places are located. I'm guessing no big signs or neons lights to guide the way.
